Revolution IT is offering an exciting opportunity for a HR/Business Degree Student looking for experience and exposure to Recruitment to join our 3 month Internship Program commencing April 2017.
As an unpaid intern you will have exposure to the following areas of our business:
- Recruitment and talent sourcing
- Candidate screening
- Interviews including scheduling
- Admin duties including formatting CV’s
- Creating content for our Recruitment Strategy and other internal projects
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by Management
We are committed to providing the right intern with a great introduction into the Recruitment and IT industry. We will provide training to ensure that you can take away a great learning experience, including skills required to phone screen candidates, best practice in interview techniques and working experience on our various Recruitment and HR systems.
Working alongside our vibrant back office, you will also get exposure into other business areas including Marketing and Sales.
- Currently studying a HR/Business related degree
- A can do attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational skills
- Keen to contribute new ideas
- Must be available at least 2 days a week
