Revolution IT is a leading APAC IT consulting and quality assurance solutions provider. Within our business we specialise in IT governance, program and project management, requirements management, testing services and training. We are currently seeking multiple Business Analysts to join the team.
We are looking for candidates who will be proactive and go above and beyond to participate in the delivery of a number of critical projects.
- Meeting with key business stakeholders to understand business needs, gather information and analyse requirements
- Organise and facilitate planning and coordination
- Drive requirements traceability across functional teams – from business stakeholders to test teams, Agile and waterfall development methodologies, requirements definition, requirements gathering, validation and traceability
- Experience writing business and technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work to timelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse personality types
- Must be “self-motivated” as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
